PURCHASEDOWNLOADI think I got this off of Japanshare because of the Shintaro Kago artwork but was actually suprised with it not being bad. Odd female band from japan (obv) that plays a mix of noise rock, psych rock and just make weird music. Pretty good if you are looking for something different I guess.

You've probably never heard of this album. Two tracks. Transcendental post-rock noise. But there is something magical about it. Maybe it's the album art, or the concept, or maybe it's the sound itself. But I know when I'm listening to this album it's a spiritual experience. It's definitely not a normal album, and may possibly be the strangest, or at least one of the strangest things I have ever had the chance to hear.

I just downloaded this, and I'm impressed. This is the first SDRE 7", without Jeremy Enigk in the band. Dan Hoerner is singing, and his voice is an Eddie Vedder-esque roar. The music sounds more like noise rock than emo-pop, too. Download it.

Simple, clean, and haunting. The sound reminds me somewhat of a sepia-toned movie, dark deeds in a city. Whiskey poured straight, and drunk the same way, quick and painless. People die quick and painless, quick and painful. And then, everything is a dream.
