If you're into the whole catharsis thing where you want to listen to depressing music in order to get through a depressing time, this album is for you. Just keep away from anything sharp or potentially harmful if you really don't plan on seeing that GAME OVER screen. The album is about a depressed patient in a hospital and basically his life ends and it's emotionally moving. I generally find music to be good if it can make you feel a certain way, whether good or bad, happy or sad. Similar artists to Eels: Elliot Smith.
